This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Drakkon Hosting's Services. It's part of our Terms of Service.
Not allowed
You may not use our Services to:
- Host, store, or distribute illegal content of any kind
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights (including pirated game files, cracked software, or unlicensed copyrighted material)
- Launch or participate in DDoS attacks, port scanning, or other attacks against any network or system
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's server, our infrastructure, or any third-party system
- Run cryptocurrency mining software
- Host phishing pages, malware, or content designed to deceive or harm others
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications from our infrastructure
- Resell our Services without our prior written agreement
- Exceed the resource limits of your plan in a way that degrades service for other customers on shared infrastructure
Game content
Mods, plugins, and custom content you install must be legally obtained and must not violate the terms of the game's publisher. You're responsible for ensuring anything you upload is something you have the right to use.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may:
- Ask you to remove or correct the issue
- Suspend your server temporarily
- Terminate your service, with or without refund depending on the circumstances
- Report illegal activity to relevant authorities where required
We aim to be reasonable and will normally contact you first for anything that isn't severe or urgent (like active attacks or illegal content), where we may act immediately to protect other customers and our infrastructure.

If you believe a Drakkon-hosted server is being used to violate this policy, email support@drakkon-hosting.com with details.
